Nando De Colo, Fenerbahçe Beko's star player, played his last EuroLeague game. After losing to Olympiakos, he made exclusive statements to Eurohoops.
Question: What are your current feelings, your last EuroLeague game, and the emotions that come with this moment?
Answer: I'm disappointed, the result was disappointing, but as I said before, we have to congratulate Olympiacos, they played a great game. We didn't play well enough, we only played with momentum and that wasn't enough to stay in the game.
Question: How difficult must it be to live through this moment with your family, knowing that it's the end?
Answer: We still have a few games left in the season because the Turkish League is still ahead of us. This was my last EuroLeague game; when everything is over, I'll probably take more time to remember all the things I've done throughout my career.
Question: Do you want Evan Fournier, who has not yet won a EuroLeague championship, to win his first EuroLeague championship?
Answer: I think they have a great chance to go all the way. They're playing at home, they have a huge support behind them, they've had a great season, and they're experienced. I think they've learned from last year and the year before, but regardless, this is a final. I hope Evan wins the cup.
